    Do you accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on digital downloads?

    Due to the nature of digital downloads, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations.  Please make sure you are purchasing the correct item before you check out.

    Do you accept refunds or exchanges on mailed prints?

    If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your print.  If your print will be refunded, the print needs to be shipped back without creases or bends.  Refund is for the print only.  Shipping costs are not refunded and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

    Do you accept refunds on stationery or notepads?

    If there is an error on the stationery or notepad and it is my error, please let me know as soon as possible so I can make it right.  I will reprint and ship out the corrected order immediately.

    If the error is on your end, mistyped name/spelling etc., you will need to make another purchase.  Crafting With My Chis cannot be held responsible for errors on the customer's end.

    Do you accept refunds on wood signs?

    Refunds and returns are not accepted on personalized signs.  If you are not happy with your wood sign, contact me with 7 days of receiving your sign.  If it is agreed to refund or exchange the sign, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  If the sign is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

     

    My item came damaged.  What do I do?

    Contact me immediately, within 7 days of receiving your order.  I will work with you to come up with a solution.
